Registration for the Employer Compensation Expense Program (ECEP) is open.

Registration for the Employer Compensation Expense Program (ECEP) is now open. If you choose to enroll for calendar year 2025, you must do so by December 1, 2024. To enroll online through your Business Online Services account, visit Employer Compensation Expense Program Employer Election.

 

Reminder: Tax professionals may not make the election on behalf of their clients.
