2023 final assessment rolls now available from Open NY

We’ve uploaded 2023 assessment rolls to Open NY, New York State’s open data website. Here are some links you may wish to bookmark.

Mailing to seniors who may be missing out on Enhanced STAR

To help seniors who may be missing the benefits of the Enhanced STAR program, we send letter RP-425-MBE to Basic STAR exemption recipients who appear to be eligible for the Enhanced STAR exemption based on our records. The letter instructs the property owner to:

• review the eligibility requirements,
• apply to their assessor if they believe they’re eligible, and
• to call our department if they have questions.

We've added Matter of Lost Lake Resort, Inc. v Board of Assessors for the Town of Forestburgh to new Judicial cases.
