Regarding the executable database update (db_794.exe) released earlier this week, we have made modifications that enable most administrative users to run it.
If you’re an RPSV4 user who regularly requires scripts from your ORPTS Customer Service Team to run updates—and you’re unable to install this update—contact your team to request the script.
