Tips & reminders for access to the Online Assessment Community (OAC)

• Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome are the preferred browsers.
• Always access the Online Assessment Community directly from the Tax Department website. (Do not use browser bookmarks or favorites.)
• Select ONLINE ASSESSMENT COMMUNITY LOG IN located in the middle of the page (not the Log in button on the top-right of the page)
  
  

• If you have trouble logging in, make sure you have cleared your browsing history, temporary files, cookies and/or cache and restart your browser, even if you’ve already done so recently. To learn how, see Browser requirements and troubleshooting tips. 
• Don’t see the municipality you’re looking for? Complete and sign Form RP-5100, Request for Secure Access.  A separate form is required for each municipality that you need to access. You will receive an email when your request has been initiated with instructions.
