If you moved recently or changed your phone number, update your information online. It's an easy way to ensure any mail we send you—including a refund check or additional payment—goes to the right place.

Log in to (or create) your Individual Online Services account.
- Select the ≡ Services menu in the upper-left corner of your Account Summary homepage.
- Choose Change of address.
Changed your name recently?
You don't need to update this information online. We'll automatically update your tax account with your new name the next time you file a New York State income tax return.
Need to update information for a business?
Use our Business Tax Account Update (DTF-95) online application to change a business address, phone number, legal name, and more.
