Childcare credits for daycare and day camp

Did you know the money you spend on your child's daycare may entitle you to the child and dependent care credit? Summer day camp expenses may also qualify!

If you qualify to claim the federal child and dependent care credit, you're generally entitled to claim New York State's child and dependent care credit too.

Tip: Keep documentation such as receipts, invoices, copies of cashed checks, and bank statements in case we ask for proof of your expenses.
