Looking for information about a property owner’s STAR credit?

If a property owner has contacted you with questions about their STAR credit, we recommend that you direct them to our STAR Hotline – 518-457-2036.

Bear in mind that if you call the Assessor/Director Hotline instead (number below), by law, we cannot provide the amount of an individual’s credit unless the owner is on the line and provides permission.
