Please do not share the
Assessor/Director Hotline with taxpayers

Hi All. We’ve had a recent uptick in the number of taxpayers calling the Assessor/Director Hotline: 518-457-9053.

 

To provide you with the highest possible service, the Assessor/Director Hotline is staffed directly by our ORPTS team. If taxpayers begin calling that line, our ability to assist you will rapidly diminish. We intentionally do not publish that number on our website so that we can keep that line open for you only.

 

Taxpayers should be given the number for the STAR Call Center – 518-457-2036. That number is at the bottom of each of our email bulletins to the Assessment Community.
