Update your client’s business information
Update your client’s business address, phone number, or other business information using our Business Tax Account Update (DTF-95) application.
Corporation tax
New York S corporation returns are due on September 15, 2020 for calendar year filers who have previously requested an extension. You can view filing information by visiting wed on our S corporations–tax years beginning on or after January 1, 2015 web page.
Before you file your client’s New York S corporation return, access your client’s account summary to verify the balance of estimated tax payments, extension payments, and payments carried forward from a previous tax year.
You may also use your Tax Professional Online Services account to make corporation tax payments. Visit CT-400, Estimated Tax for Corporations for more information.
Sales tax
Sales tax returns for monthly and quarterly filers are due on September 21, 2020. All Sales tax forms and schedules can be Web Filed through your Tax Professional Online Services account.

Add business clients to your tax professional account
You can add business clients to your account to immediately perform services and view notices on their behalf. To add a business client, you will need:
- your client’s signed E-ZRep Form TR-2000,
- your client’s taxpayer identification number, and
-
one of the following from your client:
- a filed New York State corporation tax, sales tax, or withholding tax return filed within the last 12 months, or
- a bill (assessment), or
- a five-digit PIN (provided by the Tax Department), or
- confirmation that your client has not yet filed a New York State business tax return.
