Our STAR call center continues to offer extended hours

Our STAR call center continues providing service during extended hours to help homeowners with questions about their STAR credits.

Homeowners can reach the STAR helpline at 518-457-2036 from 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. on weekdays and 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Saturdays.
