The Department of Taxation and Finance has posted an update to the following forms:

2019 Form IT-2663-I, Instructions for Form IT-2663 Nonresident Real Property Estimated Income Tax Payment Form

2019 Form IT-2664-I, Instructions for Form IT-2664 Nonresident Cooperative Unit Estimated Income Tax Payment Form

The update impacts taxpayers who owe estimated income tax on the sale or transfer of real property, or shares of stock in a cooperative housing corporation, located in New York City.
