Updates to the 2018 Form IT-205-I and the 2018 Form IT-225-I

The Department of Taxation and Finance has posted updates for the 2018 Form IT-205-I, Instructions for Form IT-205 Fiduciary Income Tax Return, and for the 2018 Form IT-225-I, Instructions for Form IT-225 New York State Modifications. The updates provide clarification on how to properly report certain new modifications for fiduciary filers.
