Update to 2018 Form IT-205-I, Instructions for Form IT-205 Fiduciary Income Tax Return

The Department of Taxation and Finance has posted an update for the 2018 Form IT-205-I, Instructions for Form IT-205 Fiduciary Income Tax Return, to provide guidance regarding pending amendments to the New York State Tax Law in the 2019–2020 New York State budget that—once signed into law—will be effective retroactive to January 1, 2018.
