Update regarding STAR Ineligible Reports

Regarding yesterday’s message (copied below), we will mail denial letters to the property owners whom we determined are no longer eligible for the Basic STAR exemption. Assessors do not need to mail exemption removal notices to these property owners.

If you have questions about accessing or downloading the reports, contact the Assessor/Director Hotline at 518-457-9053.
