Effective July 1, 2025, a new Property Condition Disclosure Statement (PCDS) is required.
Here’s what you need to know:
A New PCDS Form is Required: A revised PCDS form will be mandatory starting July 1, 2025. You can find it on our website.
What is Changing:
The new PCDS form adds instructions on where to find more information on septic system operation and maintenance on the Department of Health website.
