Effective immediately: Discontinuation of postcard renewal reminders
Dear Real Estate Licensee:
In the past, the Department of State Division of Licensing would send you both an email and a postcard to remind you when it was time to renew your license.
Effective immediately, the Division of Licensing will only send email renewal notifications. The postcard reminders are being discontinued. It is important to keep your information updated through your online account.
As the licensee, you are responsible for keeping track of your license expiration date and renewing on time. Your Real Estate License expiration date is printed on your license and is accessible in your online account.
As a reminder, you are eligible to renew 90 days prior to expiration and you have up to 2 years after your license expires to renew before you'd need to requalify.
