Important Update for Real Estate Professionals: Changes to Property Disclosure Forms
Dear Real Estate Licensees,
Effective March 20, 2024, the requirements and conditions for the Real Property Condition Disclosure Statement (PCDS) are changing.
Here’s what you need to know:

A New PCDS Form is Required: A revised PCDS form will be mandatory starting March 20, 2024. You can find it by Clicking Here.

Stay Compliant: Using the wrong form after March 20, 2024 can cause problems for both sellers and licensees.

Important Note for Sellers: The option to skip the PCDS for a $500 credit is no longer available under the revised law.
Avoid complications and update your records to reflect the new PCDS Form.
