Brownfield Cleanup Program Public Notice

 

The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) has received a Brownfield Cleanup Program (BCP) application and a Remedial Investigation Work Plan (RIWP) from 1093 Group, LLC for a site known as the 399 Ohio Street Site, site ID #C915287. This site is located in the City of Buffalo, within the County of Erie, and is located at 399 Ohio Street.

 

Comments regarding this application must be submitted no later than July 4, 2014. The application can be reviewed at:
