Brownfield Cleanup Program Public Notice
The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) has received a Brownfield Cleanup Program (BCP) application and Remedial Investigation Work Plan from EFG/DRA Heritage, LLC for a site known as the Hudson River Psychiatric Center – South Area, site ID #C314120. This site is located in the Town of Poughkeepsie, within the County of Dutchess, and is located at 3532 North Rd.
Comments regarding this application must be submitted no later than January 30, 2014. The application is available for review at:
