The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) has received a Brownfield Cleanup Program (BCP) application and Draft Remedial Investigation Work Plan from RBF1, LLC for a site known as RBF1, site ID #C231166. This site is in the Chelsea neighborhood of the Borough of Manhattan in the County of New York and is located at 401 West 19th Street.
