DEC is accepting public comments about the proposal through July 20, 2024.
DEC has also scheduled a public meeting on June 25, 2024 at 6:00 PM at the Kenmore Branch Public Library, 160 Delaware Road, Kenmore, NY 14217 and via Webex (virtual platform) to discuss the proposed remedy and accept public comments. Please see fact sheet for details about the proposed remedy, meeting, and comment period.
