DEC is accepting public comments about the proposal through March 29, 2024.
DEC also has scheduled a public meeting on Thursday, March 21, 2024 at 6:00 PM at the Buffalo and Erie County Public Library - Kenmore Branch, 160 Delaware Road, Kenmore, NY 14217 to discuss the amended remedy and accept public comments. Please see fact sheet for details about the proposed remedy, meeting, and comment period.
