DEC Invites Public to Comment About Proposal for No Further Action at State Superfund Site on Burgoyne Ave., Kingsbury; Virtual Public Meeting Scheduled

This link opens a fact sheet that invites the public to comment on a "no further action” remedy proposed for the Kingsbury Landfill site #558008 (Kingsbury, Washington County) within New York's State Superfund Program:

DEC is accepting public comments about the proposal through March 30, 2023.

In addition, DEC has scheduled a virtual public meeting on Monday, March 13, 2023 at 6:00 PM via WebEx (virtual platform) to discuss the proposed remedy and accept public comments. Please see fact sheet for details.
