DEC Invites Public Comment About Modified Cleanup Proposal for State Superfund Site on Seneca Ave., Rochester; Virtual Public Meeting Scheduled

DEC is accepting public comments about the proposal through March 30, 2023.

DEC also has scheduled a virtual public meeting on Thursday March 23, 2023 at 6:30 PM via WebEx (virtual platform) to discuss the proposed remedy and accept public comments. Please see fact sheet for details about the proposed remedy, meeting, and comment period.
