DEC Invites Public Comment About Cleanup Proposal for Brownfield Site on Cohoes Rd., Colonie; Virtual Public Availability Session Scheduled

DEC is accepting public comments about the proposal through January 28, 2023.

DEC also has scheduled a virtual public availability session on January 12, 2023, at 6:00 PM via Webex (virtual platform) to discuss the proposed remedy and accept public comments. Please see fact sheet for details about the proposed remedy, availability session, and comment period.
