New York’s Climate Action Council has extended the deadline to submit public comments on the Draft Scoping Plan to July 1. Please visit the Climate Act website where you can find the entire Draft Scoping Plan and background materials. Comments on the Draft Scoping Plan can be received via the online public comment form, via email at scopingplan@nyserda.ny.gov, and via U.S. mail to Attention: Draft Scoping Plan Comments, NYSERDA, at 17 Columbia Circle, Albany, NY 12203-6399. As a reminder, comments on the draft Draft Disadvantaged Communities Criteria developed by the Climate Justice Working are being accepted through July 7. Both virtual and in person public hearings will be held on the draft criteria through June 30. For information, please visit the Climate Act website. |
