DEC Invites Public Comment About Cleanup Proposal for Manufactured Gas Plant Site on Suntru St., Rochester; Virtual Public Meeting Scheduled

DEC is accepting public comments about the proposal through April 28, 2022.

DEC also has scheduled a virtual public meeting on Wednesday April 13, 2022 at 7:00 PM via Webex (virtual platform) to discuss the proposed remedy and accept public comments. Please see fact sheet for details about the proposed remedy, meeting, and comment period.
