DEC Invites Public Comment About Proposed Deletion of Site on Blostein Blvd., Horseheads from the Registry of State Superfund Sites

This link opens a public notice about a proposal to delist the Horseheads Landfill site #808011 (Horseheads, Chemung County) from New York's Registry of Inactive Hazardous Waste Disposal Sites:

DEC is proposing to delist this State Superfund Program site because it has determined that the site no longer presents a threat to public health or the environment. The public notice explains why this determination was made.
