DEC is accepting public comments about the proposal through March 19, 2022.

In addition, DEC has scheduled a virtual public meeting on Tuesday March 8, 2022 at 7:00 PM via Webex (virtual platform) to discuss the proposed remedy and accept public comments. Please see fact sheet for details.
