DEC Invites Public to Comment About Proposal for No Further Action at State Superfund Site on Falmouth Ave., New Hyde Park; Public Meeting Scheduled

DEC is accepting public comments about the proposal through March 10, 2022.

In addition, DEC has scheduled a public meeting on Thursday February 24, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. at via Webex (virtual platform) to discuss the proposed remedy and accept public comments. Please see fact sheet for details.
