DEC Invites Public to Comment About Proposal for No Further Action at State Superfund Site on 121st Street, College Point; Public Meeting Scheduled

DEC is accepting public comments about the proposal through March 6, 2022.

In addition, DEC has scheduled a virtual public meeting on March 2, 2022, at 7:00 PM via Webex (virtual platform) to discuss the proposed remedy and accept public comments. Please see fact sheet for details.
