DEC Invites Public Comment About Expedited Cleanup Proposal for Manufactured Gas Plant Site on Maspeth Ave., Brooklyn; Virtual Public Meeting Scheduled

DEC is accepting public comments about the proposal through November 6, 2021.

DEC also has scheduled a virtual public meeting on October 21, 2021 at 7:00 PM via Webex (virtual platform) to discuss the proposed remedy and accept public comments. Please see fact sheet for details about the proposed remedy, meeting, and comment period.
