DEC Changes Public Meeting Date for Morse Industrial Corporation Site Proposed Amended Remedy

Due to the recent lifting of most COVID-19 restrictions in New York State and the reinstatement of Open Meeting Laws, DEC has changed the previously scheduled virtual public meeting to an in-person public meeting. The public comment period has not changed.

DEC is accepting written comments about the proposal through July 23, 2021.

DEC also has scheduled a public meeting on Wednesday, July 14, 2021 at 6:00 PM at Tompkins County Public Library, BorgWarner Community Meeting Room, 101 East Green Street, Ithaca, NY 14850 to discuss the proposed remedy and accept public comments.
