NYSDEC Announces Extension of Public Comment Period for Proposed Remedial Action Plan for the Saint-Gobain ~ McCaffrey Street State Superfund Site

The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) has prepared a State Superfund Program (SSF) Proposed Remedial Action Plan (PRAP) for a site known as Saint-Gobain ~ McCaffrey Street, site ID 442046. This site is located at 14 McCaffrey Street, Hoosick Falls, Rensselaer County.

The initial public comment period for the PRAP was to end on June 4, 2021. An extension request has been received and the public comment period is being extended. All comments must now be submitted by June 25, 2021.
