DEC is accepting public comments about the proposal through June 18, 2021.

DEC also has scheduled a virtual public meeting on May 18, 2021 at 6:00 PM via Webex (virtual platform) to discuss the proposed remedy and accept public comments. Please see fact sheet for details about the proposed remedy, meeting, and comment period.
