CORRECTED: NYSDEC Announces it Will Oversee Characterization Investigations at Two Sites in Hoosick Falls on Church St. and Davis St.

Please Note: The two fact sheets linked below were released yesterday and identified the wrong date for the next meeting of the Community Participation Working Group. The correct date for the meeting is November 18, 2019. The linked fact sheets have been corrected to include the correct date for the meeting.

NYSDEC and the New York State Department of Health will oversee the site characterizations. The purpose is to determine if either site qualifies for listing on the Registry of Inactive Hazardous Waste Disposal Sites (State Superfund Registry).
