NYSDEC Certifies Cleanup Requirements Achieved at State Superfund Site on Highland and Beech Aves., Niagara Falls; Public Comment Invited on Proposed Site Reclassification and Partial Delisting from Registry

NYSDEC invites public comment before it finalizes the decision to remove a portion of the site from the Registry of Inactive Hazardous Waste Disposal Sites. The deadline to submit comments is April 12, 2019. Please see the fact sheet to learn why the site is being reclassified and how to comment.
