NYSDEC Invites Public Comment About Cleanup Proposal for State Superfund Site on North St., Endicott; Public Meeting Scheduled

This link opens a fact sheet that invites public comment about a proposed remedy to address contamination related to portions of the IBM Endicott Facility Site #704014 (Endicott, Broome County) within New York’s State Superfund Program:

The proposed cleanup addresses contamination related to about 70 acres on either side of the railroad corridor in the Village of Endicott.

NYSDEC is accepting public comments about the proposal through March 29, 2019.

NYSDEC also has scheduled a public meeting on March 19, 2019 at 6:00 PM at George F. Johnson Memorial Library, Scott Room, 1001 Park Street, Endicott, NY 13760 to discuss the proposed remedy and accept public comments.
