NYSDEC Invites Public Comment About Cleanup Proposal for State Superfund Site on Ulster Ave., Ulster Park; Public Meeting Scheduled

NYSDEC is accepting public comments about the proposal through March 24, 2019.

NYSDEC also has scheduled a public meeting on March 11, 2019 at 7:00 PM at the Town of Esopus Town Hall, 284 Broadway, Ulster Park, NY 12487 to discuss the proposed remedy and accept public comments. Please see fact sheet for details about the proposed remedy, meeting, and comment period.
