Thursday, October 11, 2018 at 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM The Climate Smart Communities webinar series continues in October with a presentation about NYSERDA’s Clean Heating and Cooling Campaign initiative. Speakers will include Scott Smith and Sue Dougherty from NYSERDA. The Clean Heating and Cooling Community Campaign initiative brings together groups of potential customers so they can obtain discounts for air and ground source heat pumps, biomass heating, and solar heating through aggregated purchases and a simplified procurement process. It is also designed to educate and increase the awareness and knowledge of clean heating and cooling technologies among consumers. On this webinar, you'll learn about the first eight clean heating and cooling communities and the $2 million available for new communities. Proposals are due 10/30/18.
