Cleanup Requirements Achieved and Certified at State Superfund Site on State Route 22, Amenia; Site Reclassified

The State Superfund Program site identified above was recently reclassified as a Class 4 site that no longer presents a significant threat to public health and/or the environment. The fact sheet explains why this determination was made.
