NYSERDA wants your feedback on NYStretch-Energy Code! |
The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) has created NYStretch-Energy — a voluntarily implemented stretch energy code to reduce the impact of buildings on the environment — and they are seeking your feedback. Your insight is greatly appreciated. Simply:
NYSERDA will take all comments into consideration before finalizing NYStretch-Energy. For background on the effort, visit https://nyserda.ny.gov/All-Programs/Programs/Energy-Code-Training/NYStretch-Comments. The NYSERDA team also gave a webinar on NYStretch on October 13, 2016 as part of the Climate Smart Communities webinar series. The recording and slides are available at http://www.dec.ny.gov/energy/84359.html . Please forward this email to anyone you feel may have insightful comments—builders, architects, engineers, planners, elected officials, code enforcement officials, and developers are ideal. Thank you, in advance, for helping New York State provide NYStretch-Energy as an environmentally responsible local community option. |
