Public Comment Period and Public Meeting Announced

NYSDEC is accepting public comments about the proposal through February 8, 2017. In addition, NYSDEC has scheduled a public meeting on Wednesday, January 18, 2017 at 7:00 PM at the Bethpage Community Center, Grumman Road West, Bethpage, NY to discuss the proposed remedy and accept public comments. Please see fact sheet for details about the proposed remedy, meeting, and comment period.
