Public Comment Invited on Proposed Remedy to Address Contamination at State Superfund Site on Wantagh Ave., Wantagh; Public Meeting Scheduled

NYSDEC is accepting public comments about the proposal through February 9, 2017. In addition, NYSDEC has scheduled a public meeting on January 31, 2017 at 7:00 PM at Wantagh Public Library, 3285 Park Avenue, Wantagh, NY 11793 to discuss the proposed remedy and accept public comments. Please see fact sheet for details about the proposed remedy, meeting, and comment period.
