DEC Great Sacandaga Lake Boat Launch to Close Monday |

DEC will be removing the docks and closing the Great Sacandaga Lake Boat Launch in the town of Day, Saratoga County on Monday, October 17. The boat launch will be closed so DEC can construct an extension to the boat launch ramp. Under the current low water conditions boat trailers must cross the rocky shoreline to get to the water. The extended ramp will allow for easier launching and retrieval of boats during any future periods of low water.
