Public Comment Invited for Brownfield Cleanup Program Application and Investigation for Site on Center St., Lewiston

The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) has received a Brownfield Cleanup Program (BCP) application and Draft Remedial Investigation/Interim Remedial Measures Work Plan from 7712 Group, LLC for a site known as the 756-790 Center Street Site, site ID #C932168. This site is located in the Village of Lewiston, within the County of Niagara, and is located at 756, 784-790 Center Street and 0 Onondaga Street.

Comments regarding this application must be submitted no later than October 28, 2016.
