The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) has received a Brownfield Cleanup Program (BCP) application from 1 Garvies Point LLC for a site known as the 1 Garvies Point, site ID #C130223. This site is located in the City of Glen Cove, within the County of Nassau, and is located at 1 Garvies Point Road.

Comments regarding this application must be submitted no later than October 7, 2016.
