Cleanup Remedy Proposed for State Superfund Site in Colonie; Public Comment Invited; Public Meeting Set

NYSDEC is accepting public comments about the proposal through March 27, 2016. In addition, NYSDEC has scheduled a public meeting on March 8, 2016 at 7:00 PM at the Watervliet Senior Center at 1501 Broadway, Watervliet, NY to discuss the proposed remedy and accept public comments. Please see fact sheet for details about the proposed remedy, meeting, and comment period.
