NYSDEC is accepting public comments about the proposal through March 25, 2016. In addition, NYSDEC has scheduled a public meeting on March 16, 2016 at 7:00pm in the Hazlett Administration Building, 5th Floor Legislative Chambers, 203 Lake Street, Elmira, NY to discuss the proposal and accept public comments. Please see fact sheet for details about the proposal, the public meeting, and how to comment.
