NYSDEC is accepting public comments about the proposal through March 25, 2016. In addition, NYSDEC has scheduled a public meeting on March 9, 2016 at 6:30pm at the North West Senior Center, 71 Parkway, Rochester, NY to discuss the proposal and accept public comments.
